Aileen Rios was referred to us by another realtor. She met, and exceeded, all of our expectations. She always phoned us well in advance to book showings of our house and tried to work around our schedule. She gave good advice on what to price our home at and was very helpful in explaining everything that was involved to first time home sellers.
When it came time to looking for our new house, Aileen was very accommodating with our schedule again. We looked at a number of different houses throughout the N.W. area of the city. She was always willing to give her honest opinion when we asked for it, whether it be on price, location or the condition of the house. When we found the house we wanted she made herself available on a busy day to write up the offer and then negotiated over the phone with the other realtor to make sure we got the house we wanted.
We would highly recommend Aileen for anyone wanting to buy or sell a house, and would definitely use her again ourselves.
